Documentation update #5

-Added the extended readme. -In main readme, added "Additional Docs" with link to extended readme. -Added empty required directories in /sampledata to make it easier for someone to run the program without having to create the directories beforehand. -In main readme, added reference to x64/vc11 dlls (Installing OpenCV gave me a total of 6 DLL sets, I had to trial and error until I picked the right set).
