Create a module for setting up the feed and seeing the feed status. Should be reusable in other apps.

should show connection status to sbot and explain error states
on first load, should indicate that no keys are found and suggest generating a new keypair
should have controls to save/load keypair
should indicate alias state

Not possible to export the keys with a save dialog -- just a straight download. Eh.
It's pretty confusing which keypair you're saving and loading. How does this feed differ from the main feed? Why would somebody want to save/load this feed? Etc. I don't think having users manually manage their keypairs as files is a good idea at all.
