log4j initialization problems #2

Hi!

I was using Phred and was constantly encountering this error. I tried both jar file and compiling version myself.

Each time - the connection refused

@thisnickisnotavailable Hi, can you check the full URL in configure service (config button)? You can use https://os.biogen.com

Currently using https://os.biogen.com/ under the config service shows the same thing as above. I see no ortholog sequence when I click. This is true for all ensembl IDs. Please advise.
