Cant rename temporary file "{0}" to template file "{1}" #1

When editing a template more than once, Confluence reports 

 * Cant rename temporary file "{0}" to template file "{1}" 

One workaround is to copy the changes to the clipboard, restore the original 
template, and paste 
over the changes. 

We can edit the original template once, or a restored template once, and only 
once, after it's been 
restored.

I believe this has been fixed as part of the 1.0 rewrite.  Please reopen if not 
the case.
