Removal of exported pages #17

When a page is removed, it's auto-exported counterpart is not.

Perhaps we could at least replace the page content with a message that said the
page was removed from
Confluence. Then, to fully refresh the export, it would be the user's
responsibility to clear the folder by hand,
and then rerun the full export.

On the part of the Admin page that says 'Rebuild Exported Spaces' , below the
list pf
spaces there are the words

'All content previously auto-exported from the selected spaces will
be deleted before rebuilding.'

So, this is obviously misleading as it does not do this, did it used to do it,
or was
it a plan to introduce this ? Adding something to the plugin that deletes the
directory before re-exporting to it shouldnt' be hard, and would be such a
benefit,
especially to those that can export spaces but do not have access to remove the
contents.
