Autocreate Apache style .htaccess files for each space #4

Automatically create .htaccess files using the group/user access defined in
each space. This way
you would be able to export private spaces as well. This would work for
Confluence sites that
manage their spaces with LDAP and can take advantage of Apache LDAP
authentication.

Description from EXP-7 (duplicate of EXP-28):

This is an alias for ".htaccess" files generation.

There are a couple of things that buzz in my mind here. The first one is the
"DirectoryIndex" directive: I would
like Confluence to instruct Apache on what is the home page for a specific
space.

The second one is redirects. I would like to keep track of old version of pages
(expired, moved, deleted) and
have them redirected to the new versions much as Confluence does internally.
