Was thinking it would be really nice if the plugin would pull templates from a
configured URL.
Instead of configuring the entire template via confluence, just point it at
some URL, like
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/geronimo/site/template.vsl (or something).
Would also be nice if the velocity engine used to render could be hooked up
with a base URL to load
additional resources, as well as hook up a URL for loading velomacros too.
Using a URL for the template, means that we can put the resources into SVN,
version them, and not
need to worry about someone else accidentally munging the template... also
means that you don't
need to be in confluence-administrators to update/view the template. That and
with David Blevins
xmlrpc bits, projects should have the tools to manage their sites w/o needing
to worry about
confluence administration muck.
