Describe the bug Arabic content is left aligned

Version 1.0.7

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Welcome page
  2. Go to Newcomers guide content page
  3. Go to start questionnaire page
  4. See error (Arabic content is left aligned)

Expected behavior Arabic content should be right aligned
