Task 1: Intent of application

Greetings pgrouting ! I'm Aryan Gupta, currently a sophomore studying Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Information Technology in Sonepat. My areas of knowledge include CP,DSA, and I've also completed several projects in machine learning. In addition, I have a solid understanding of shortest path and graph algorithms. I'm eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to the pgrouting community beyond just participating in GSOC. I find it stimulating to meet new people, listen to diverse perspectives, and implement fresh ideas.

Task 1: Intent of application

Greetings pgrouting Community. I am Aryan Gupta, a second-year student from the Indian Institute of Information of Technology, Sonepat, majoring in Computer Science. I have experience in competitive programming, DSA and have done a few projects in machine learning. I have a strong hold on shortest path algorithms e.g. Dijkstra, Floyd Warshall, Bellman-Ford.

Being a fast learner and grasping things very quickly I have always wanted to contribute to an open-source project so that I can learn more about pgRouting and at the same time, give something useful to the community.

These two thoughts are unrelated, what does being a fast learner have to do with wanting to contribute to an open-source project? They shouldn't be in the same sentence. It's like saying

"Being a fast eater and finishing dinner quickly, I have always wanted to contribute to an open-source project"

I enjoy meeting new people, listening new perspectives, and implement ideas.

Your grammar is a little off here -- should be "I enjoy meeting new people, listening to new perspectives, and implementing ideas."
