[GSoC 2023] : Modifying withPointsKSP

[AbhinJ]

This PR modifies one existing function:

• pgr_withPointsKSP:
  • Improving the 'driver_side' optional parameter to compulsory parameter.
  • Adding two new result columns 'start_vid' and 'end_vid'.
  • Normalizing the output.

This is a final merge PR containing commits from several different PRs combined.
