Right click to copy from data grid, optionally with headers (RM #3009) #1591

Right clicking on data grid at top left corner currently only opens context menu with Reload and Open Frame. It would be very helpful to be able to right click and have Copy and Copy With Headers as options. While it is possible to Ctrl-C in the data grid there is currently not a way to select data from the grid and include the headers.

This is resolved in latest snapshot build: https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/pgadmin/pgadmin4/snapshots/2019-10-14/

Tested on Edge(latest), IE11, Safari(latest) chrome(latest) Safari (10 and 12)

Issue is is already reported for safari 12 Browsers: https://redmine.postgresql.org/issues/4815
