ALTER COLLUMN bug (RM #3742) #2145

STEP 1: Tables > Properties > Columns STEP 2: "Edit row" icon > Definition tab

when try to alter the:

two kinds of errors occures for specific types (as shown on attached images): 1) a syntax error (most os the cases) 2) or a type modifier error

both are working properly on the collumn property form.

(No time to test for the rest of types, except for "character varying" that works properly).

Tested in the pgadmin4 3.6 Release installer on Windows 64.
