Unable to launch query tool window through Browser if user select any language except English under preferences section (RM #3798) #2188

Tested Platform: MAC 10.14 Windows 2012R2 64

Steps

  1. Launch pgAdmin4
  2. Go into preferences section and change language other then English
  3. After this, click on Rest layout
  4. click on database and launch query tool window through browser option
  5. Unable to launch query tool window
