We should leave code in place now, but:

Remove all mentions of Greenplum from the docs
Remove the Greenplum binary paths from the UI (but leave settings behind, and continue to allow the defaults to be set in config.py)

This should allow it to continue to work, as much as it currently does, but not advertise it anywhere.
