No, we are not using Azure Windows VM. It's onprem machine.

Can you please share logs located %APPDATA%\pgAdmin\pgadmin4.log? Also please try with latest version.

Describe the bug
Installed v7.7 PgAdmin in Windows 10, and getting while launching it.
Info on the client (please complete the following information):
OS: [e.g. Windows 10, OSX monterey] : - Windows 10 Enterprise Version: [e.g. 6.15] : - 22H2 Mode: [e.g Desktop or Server] - Desktop Browser (if running in server mode): [e.g. chrome, safari] - Not running in Server mode Package type: [e.g. RPM, DEB, Python, Container, etc.] - .exe
