Describe the bug
When we right click on the server node, it shows the database node context menu. This issue only comes when the database node is expanded and we closed the pgAdmin application and reopen it and right click on the server node.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expand any database
Select server
Close pgAdmin
Re-open it again
Expand the server group
Expand the server
right click on the server
See the context menu it shows the database context menu options
Expected behavior
It must show the server context menu options.

No error message
