This PR adds a demonstration of Changelog created using documatic:

A changelog, based on semantic versioning, is automatically generated based on git commits and stored in the root directory as CHANGELOG.md

Hi, the documatic tool is a work in progress. However, if the contents of the generated docs do not meet your requirements or satisfaction, we would appreciate it if you could provide a detailed review of your suggestions as well as thoughts. This goes a long way to assist us in making the tool a lot better. Thanks
