This seems very useful when the child reaches orange, since green/orange needs extra practice.
A lot of this is very ad hoc, and we may want to adjust things a bit more in the future. Probably also want to make it possible to turn this off on a per-profile basis.
This partially addresses #12, though we might still want a "reduced study" mode in the future.
