Enable progressive web app #20

This will allow installing this as an app, and should address #11.

This installs just fine, but the cache doesn't seem to be working for offline use.

Offline cache thing is working now, turns out it had to do with scoping.

One problem, though, is that something horrible goes wrong when I install this using Firefox mobile. With the way Pixel 8s work, you are supposed to swipe up to get out of the app, but this app basically is eating all the gestures for some reason, making it impossible to exit from. I had to trigger assistant and tell it to open the home screen. Probably best to fix that ASAP.

I tried looking into this a bit and I have no idea what's causing it or how to fix it. So I guess if you install the PWA just install it from chrome...
