zoneinfo_data.json is missing from sdist

The sdist at PyPI is missing tests/data/zoneinfo_data.json file. Without the file most of tests fails. Please add the file to the sdist. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue here, backports.zoneinfo-0.2.1.tar.gz does not contain tests/data/zoneinfo_data.json.
