Unable to download any firmware - 400 Bad Request (Request Header Or Cookie Too Large)

Workaround if anyone else comes across this issue

Download directly from http://download.kobobooks.com/ you can adjust the URL to match the firmware version you are trying to get.

kobo-update-4.37.21586.zip

Problem: I am unable to download any of the zips from https://pgaskin.net/KoboStuff/kobofirmware.html because of an HTTP 400.

Desired Outcome: HTTP 200 / A downloaded zip.

Troubleshooting steps taken so far:

1. Incognito
2. New browser
3. Use a different device
4. Connect to a different network

Seemed to be a transient issue. Downloads are working for me now.
