Add an uninstall option to the default menu items #114

People are having trouble creating the uninstall file on non-Linux operating systems due to the lack of an extension. Also, I'm receiving quite a few emails about people buying second-hand or third-party Kobos with NM preinstalled, and some want to remove it. This will also make a non-hard factory reset make more sense.

This is why I decided to take the 'delete uninstall file' approach with NDB. Seemed like it would be less trouble.

Unfortunately, I can't do that with NM because of the way other stuff ships it.

Umm, just another simple thought:

Update NickelHook to recognize uninstall.txt? For the windows users who can't figure out how to create files without extensions?
