Change the Kobo dictionary name from dicthtml-Chambers.zip to (Chambers Dictionary) #21

Hi,

I downloaded the dictutil, but it does not install on a Windows Computer. (Am I missing something)? https://github.com/pgaskin/dictutil/releases/tag/v0.3.2

I am trying to edit the dictionary titles instead of showing dicthtml-Chambers.zip I would like to see Chambers Dictionary.

I can send the dictionaries, they are 11 in total or is there an easy way to change the titles, then I could do it.
