As discussed in #96 here's a patch that attempts to unify the font sizes between kepub and epub books.

Patch name is not set in stone, if anyone has better ideas!

EDIT: Something could probably be done with relative offsets, but I'm a bit confused as to how that works, so...

Since this doesn't cause any major problems on any device and it appears to work consistently, I'm going to merge this so people can try it in v73.
