I never use Red5_0.8.0 with sip_r28. I always use Red5_0.8.0 with sip_r29, and
it's all OK else you can use Red5_0.9.1 with new versione of Red5Phone sip_r40.
I had your problem with Red5_0.9.0 and sip_r29 or sip_r39 or sip_r40 and I
never solve it.

Hi Jenny,
I tried to use red5_0.8 with sip_r29, i still exprience the same problem. I am
using the webphone under the javascript directory. I placed the sip directory
under the webapp directory of red5_0.8 and i can access the phone with
http://10.134.100.2:5080/sip/javascript/. My red5 Url is
rtmp://10.134.100.2/sip, can this be the problem?
let me define the problem again. When i make a call via webphone (101) to an
extension (102) registered to astersik (caller is also registered), the
caller(101) can hear what the callee(102) says. However, the callee(102) cannot
hear anything.
is myred5 url right?
Thank you

Yes, your red5 url is true, but I never use Red5Phone with javascript but only
with flex.
You try to look the log file maybe there is some error.
And you try to see the output answers of Red5 when execute your Red5Phone.

Hi,
It works fine with javascript / asterisk / r.40 / RED5 0.9.1 for me in both
directions. (Well one direction lags about 2 seconds) but both directions work.

I installed sip_r54.zip, sip_r53.zip, sip_r47.zip, and sip_r42.zip. I was
able to connect AND dial out via SIP. The other phone would ring and i am
unable to answer the phone on the flex file under
http://myip:5080/sip/flex/index.html. However, I am unable to hear the voice.
I get a loud "kreek...kreek" noice on other receiver and i cannot hear voice on
the flex receiver from the other phone either. I suspect this is a codec
issue. Where can i get the log file for red5phone. I checked it under
wrapper/log unable to see a log file there?

with crome browser it did not work. However, i got sip_r54.zip to work with
firefox :)

I am using Red5 server 0.9.1 and sip_r68 I am also not getting audio in one
way. Is it a codec issue or redphone is not able to use microphone?
