cant hear dial tone #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed red5 server 
2. insatlled red5 phone
3. started red5phone openlaszlo and connected i get a message phoneReady

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i should hear dial tone and must be able to call, but i cant hear anything and 
not able to call

please help me
