Change "Connected" label to "Connected as <name>" #100

Being a proxy voter I had hard times to understand which browser window was run by who.

So having green panel with label "Connected as Daniel Westerman" might help

The only time a proxy vote is required is for the actual vote in polls. One way to solve this is to show the poll for the user and double it for any proxy vote. This way the user only needs one window in total.

I had the same thoughts but probably that will need to rebuild a client from scratch
