Make it possible to use the badge QR-Code to check-in an attendee #147

The following workflow is not uncommon:

Attendee comes to the regdesk
Someone behind the regdesk knows this person, and grabs the badge
Now the person checking in must still lookup the name, or the attendee must provide the ticket
Instead the QR-Code on the badge can be used to check the attendee in

Obviously only if everyone knows each other, but it can speed up the check-in by a couple seconds, and is less friction.
