Add an option to get properly closed edges at axes intersection #285

In some situations, edges at axes intersection are not properly closed and separate axis lines=false doesn't help (but axis line style={shorten <=-0.5\pgflinewidth} does the trick). It could be nice for pgfplots to provide an option to get properly closed edges at axes intersection in such cases.
