Allow arbitrary expressions in limit of restrict <axis> to domain #415

Perhaps off-topic: Pattern @\w+ in commit message (here @restrict) will be converted to a tag to that GitHub user. Using `@restrict to domain` is better.

Unfortunately, the fix is not so easy: pgf key filtering is in effect in this context, and that suppresses /pgf/fpu . Thus, the wrong math expression parser is used. I see no immediate way to work around this limitation here, so I rolled back the fix.
