Create custom sidebar for theme wiki #11

Organize all wiki pages (existing and proposed) in outline form in a custom sidebar. This will help with planning issues/pull requests on the project board.

I’ve created the sidebar. Now we have to create issues and assign them to the appropriate project board.

  1. Create an issue
  2. Write documentation [remove documentation label when finished]
  3. Write code
