Needed for OpenWrt 19.7.3

solves kernel panic on modprobe

Closed as there are some issues making this work with OpenWrt 19.07.3: -Asterisk segfaults using the DAHDI driver. -chan-ast not compiling. Some more work going on in the openwrt-19.07.3 new branch of the fork.
