docs(`README`): add Intel AX210 as working hardware #91

Per user report, record the Intel AX210 as a wireless adapter that was confirmed to be working with Wifibox. Also, since this happened on 13.3-RELEASE, update the README to prefer this version from the 13.x line of releases.
