FR: Add option to show logo on preliminary page (1-click retrieval step) #1116

A really nice solution would be to implement this with variables to be able to individually design the title, subtitle and especially the notice text. Just an update for this request: I've added full branding to pwpush.com as a premium feature. With this you can fully customize all of the push pages. See here for screenshots.

I plan to add this to the open source version later this year.
