Added the "Toggle Create Node" state button #6

In reference to #5 The "Toggle Create Node" button allows the user to switch between the Create Node State and the Normal State. Once the user clicks on the Toggle Create Node button, he can click anywhere to start adding nodes. Once done he can click on it again.

Updates:

Improved Node creation feature.
Added Edge creation feature along with required abstract state defininitions.
Added deletion feature. Nodes or edges can be selected and deleted by pressing the delete (keyboard) key.
Updated the README with required documentation as per the code updates.
