I have created a pull request to allow overrides PGPOOL_PARAMS_BACKEND_FLAG0 and PGPOOL_PARAMS_BACKEND_FLAG1.

Please review and merge if ok.

Thank you. PGPOOL_PARAMS_BACKEND_FLAG should not be hard-coded.
