Power off does not work #2

"poweroff" from the console or "Power system off" in Kodi do not shutdown but reboot

"halt" from the console does halt but screen is not switched off (last picture remains forever)

In 5.x it used to work fine. But maybe it's something else, e. g. the new kernel.

Fixed in commits 4def773f8f815ec1a2fdade3ef88f3cdbe75dff8 and d2759760f2bce0ae8a1baaba5eebb9abc0b90974
