The less an elevator makes movement, the better.

Have a scoring system that gives advantage to elevator with less movements.

Do you think power consumption should be integrated to score computation or is it a second factor and you want to keep it separate from score ?

If you want do not want to merge power consumption inside score (I think I don't want to) you should close this issue.
