Add some FT2 style shortcuts and editing behaviour, reported by Zalza.

[x] - Enter to play song.
[x] - Space when playing to stop playback, then again to start record.
[x] - Backspace deletes the content of the previous row, and moves all subsequent rows up.
[ ] - CMD/CTRL+A to select all rows in the current pattern.
[ ] - Mouse drag on pattern to select region.
