Popup elevation #31

Hello, is there any way to implement elevation for pop-up? At the moment, i have pop-up with white background and when is showing on another white background i can't see border.

I'm not planning to add any new features, but would welcome any PR adding this feature. So if you could add it, feel free to open a PR 🙏
