All permanents have abilities from other permanents #2

I have an idea for a new emblem, but I'm not sure how to phrase it correctly.

Basically it makes every permanent have all abilites that each other permanent has.

So for example you have:

1 Swamp
1 Llanowar Elves ({T}: Add {G} to your mana pool.)
1 Goblin Fireslinger ({T}: Goblin Fireslinger deals 1 damage to target player.)

When the emblem comes into play, you could tap your Swamp for either:

{B} (normal ability)
{G} (ability from Llanowar Elves)
It deals 1 damage to target player. (ability from Goblin Fireslinger)
