mvn clean install treats TestCaseUtils as a testcase and fails #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install JForum2.3.3
2. run mvn clean install
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expectation is success. Instead the "testcase" TestCaseUtils fails.

Since TestCaseUtils is not a junit test it's name should not start with "Test".

When I renamed it to TstCaseUtils the error went away,

When I switched to trunk head (revision 177) this issue went away. Please close 
it.
