Upgrade paths #11

Postgres refuses to update the extension with alter extension multicorn update. Creating empty files

multicorn--1.4.0--2.2.sql multicorn--1.4.0--2.3.sql multicorn--2.2--2.3.sql

...solved the problem for me.

Oh kewl. We will do that in the project. Makes sense since we have not changed any of the functions signatures or the DDL.

I add no-op upgrade paths for 2.4 dev environment.
