Tested on Ubuntu 22, but I think that is not relevant since the very first step of navigating to https://pgsql.io hangs.

I have fixed the README to point toward OSCG.IO rather than PGSQL.IO for Binaries.

Note that http://pgsql.io presently redirects to http://oscg.io. As a seperate issue, I am going to try and fix https://pgsql.io to redirect to https://oscg.io

Both URLs show SSL errors. Can you make it installable via pgxn.
