Multicorn2 on Windows? #40

Can you please help me, how to install multicorn2 on Windows server? I need it as prerequisite to install bigquery_fdw into Postgresql 14 on Windows server.

Youd have to compile it yourself on Windows. Multicorn is written in C so that it interfaces natively between PostgreSQL and Python extension such as BigQuery FDW.
