Mongo FDW Source in the Wrong Place #14

The mongo_fdw 1.0.0 src was unwrapped into /src/mongo_fdw but should have been in /src/mongo_fdw-1.0.0. I fixed it manually, but should figure out WTF it did it that way.

Also, the README does not seem to have been noticed. And the top directory is mongo_fdw-1, when it should be mongo_fdw-1.0.0. WTF?

Seems to have happened with earlier versions of the mongo_fdw-1.0.0.zip file. I got a newer one, reindexed, and now everything looks right. No idea WTF happened. :-(

Maybe related to #10? I think that the only difference in the version of the zip that worked properly is that the README was removed from the docfile key. But Maybe not? I don't know for sure and can't look into it just now.
