Figure out how PGXN integrates into the planned Root Registry. Options:

Evolve to become the Root Registry
Auto-publish its extensions to the Root Registry
Deprecate it and eventually EOL it

Issues to consider:

[ ] META.json -> Metadata standard
[ ] Namespace mapping
[ ] Sync uploads to new registry
[ ] Link to new registry
