checkipv6.synology.com and check.synology.com are blocked by this list. The DNS names are used by Synology DSM to check internet availability and should not be blocked. The same for quickconnect.to domains, which are used by Synology QuickConnect.

So why is this required and this shouldn't be blocked?

There is no need for these domains for DSM to function.
