mtalk.google.com required for android push notifications #2

Hi again, mtalk.google.com is currently blocked but is required for android push notifications that rely on google cloud messaging (in my case to be able to get Signal messages when not in the Signal app directly)

Yep you are right, it's Google Cloud Messaging whitelisting it rn
