It prevents the average joe from downloading malware and falling victim to phishing attacks. Since this is done mostly with downloaded hashes and a privacy friendly local comparison according to firefox folks, i think you should remove this host

average joe will hopefully be smart enough not to have tampered with windows defender or xportect so realisticly there is no benefit here.
